Please have your card with you at the time of your visit. If we file your claim, you are responsible for only the co-pay at the time of visit. If we are not a provider for your insurance, if you are not insured or we do not file with your insurance company, you may be responsible for the entire charge at the time of service. We encourage you to contact your insurance provider for details regarding coverage for your specific health plan. 

How Do I Pay My Bill?

Patient's with a credit card on file with our office can conveniently pay their bill on their patient portal! To make a payment securely online or enroll in eStatements, scan the QR code on your paper statement. To make a payment by phone, call our office and press 0 to speak with our front desk staff.
