Kim Cuomo, M.D. is a seasoned pediatrician with over 20 years of clinical experience serving diverse communities in various clinical roles. She is excited to be joining the staff at West Alabama Pediatrics and eager to share her passion for general pediatrics with the Tuscaloosa community. She completed her Pediatric residency at Tulane School of Medicine, and has been board certified since 1998.
Dr. Kim Cuomo, daughter of an Air Force officer, has always embraced a life of service and adventure. Her grandfather was a navy pilot and taught at Alabama Institute of Aeronautics in Tuscaloosa during WWII. Married to orthopedic surgeon Dr. Jeff Cuomo, they are proud parents to three accomplished daughters pursuing careers in medicine, graphic design, and elementary education . Outside of medicine Dr. Cuomo is an active member of the Tuscaloosa running community and enjoys outdoor activities, travel, and spending time with family and friends.
